Getting Started

Making families feel at home from day one

At KidsPlay Early Learning Centre, we want every family to feel welcome, comfortable, and supported from the moment you first connect with us. We understand that starting childcare is a big step — and as parents ourselves, we know there may be some first-day tears. That’s why our goal is to make the process smooth, reassuring, and enjoyable for both children and families choosing a childcare centre.

What to Expect

We invest time and care into every stage of the enrolment process to ensure families feel confident and informed. Our orientation sessions give you the chance to meet our educators, explore our facilities, and ask any questions about your child’s care and learning. You’ll quickly see how much effort

Childcare Orientation

Orientation is the final step in helping your child settle comfortably into childcare. Our play-based orientation sessions are designed to:

Sessions are tailored to each family, usually lasting around an hour, and we recommend at least two sessions to ensure everyone feels settled. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity for children and educators to build connections before starting regular care.

Supporting a Positive Start

At KidsPlay ELC, we believe that when families feel confident and supported, children thrive. Our enrolment and orientation process is just one of the ways we make childcare feel like a second home for every little one.
